T-Mobile has added a 5 Gbps tier to its U.S. home fiber internet service, priced at $90 per month. The plan comes with symmetrical upload and download speeds, a mesh Wi-Fi extender and a 10-year price guarantee, subject to exclusions for taxes, fees and other charges or upgrades.

Customers must enroll in AutoPay to get the advertised monthly price. New customers are also eligible for two months of free service through bill credits and a $300 virtual prepaid debit card.

The new tier joins T-Mobile’s existing fiber plans: 2 Gbps for $70 per month, 1 Gbps for $60 and 300 Mbps for $45. T-Mobile launched its home fiber service in the U.S. after acquiring Lumos; at launch, it served half a million customers and offered speeds up to 2 Gbps.

For comparison, GFiber charges $100 per month for 3 Gbps service and $150 per month for 8 Gbps. Customers outside T-Mobile’s fiber coverage can instead consider its unlimited 5G Home Internet service, with prices starting at $50 per month.
